BUYED ANNUAL PLAN FOR WRONG ACCOUNT

    Dear,

    I decided to buy annuall yearly plan and I did it before few minutes. I also created domen for that site, but i did it on a wrong account. is it possible to transfer my domain and the subscription I bought from the (email visible only to moderators and staff) account to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) page?

    Hi there,

    When I check in our system I do not see any user accounts under either of the email addresses you have mentioned. You are sure they are spelled correctly?

    What is the new domain you purchased, and what is the current URL of the site you are trying to use your new domain with? I can look up that info in our system and hopefully point you in the right direction once I am able to find it.
