Hello! So I wanted to buy my first domain and something when wrong and now it tells me that the purchases are disable and I had to contact you to re-enable purchases. Not sure why this happen, but thanks in advance for helping!

Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
