Buying a domain

    When buying a domain, do I also get an email address to match it? I intend to purchase the domain gamble4free.net sometimes this week and I was wondering if I will also get a free mailing address like (email visible only to moderators and staff) which I can use for emailing future followers?

    Your example email is redacted but I presume you would like to know if you get email hosting on your custom domain.

    If so, email hosting is not included in the custom domain you buy from WordPress.com. However as you can read in Add Email support docs, you can connect most of the popular email providers to your custom domain.

    Please feel free to let me know if this is not what you are after.
