Buying a domain already bought.

  I would really like to buy the following domain name: thescribe.co.za but it’s already been taken. However, when I view that site, there is no content other than Lorem Ipsum – it looks like a test site of wordpress. Is it possible to find out if I can buy it instead?

  That’s not a site hosted on WordPress.com, so there’s nothing that can be done from here.
