Buying a gift upgrade for another user

  Hello! I’d like to purchase a gift upgrade to Premium for another user. I see that this is no longer possible through the website, but also that other users seem to be able to purchase gift subscriptions by getting in touch with WordPress moderators directly. Can one of them help me out?
