buying a premium upgrade and mapping it to my existing domain name

  • Unknown's avatar

I own the domain name amygpeck.com, and I would like to move my website to WordPress. I’m happy to pay for a premium WordPress upgrade at $100/year in order to have WordPress host my website. However, when I paid for this upgrade, my website was showing as amygpeckdotcom.com, which obviously isn’t what I wanted, so I canceled and asked for a refund. Now I can’t figure out how to make WordPress map correctly. Please help!

  • I am seeing http://amygpeck.com/ point correctly to your WordPress.com site. Did you get this all sorted out?

It can take 24-48 hours for domain/DNS changes to propagate throughout the internet. It typically happens faster than that, but it really depends on your ISPs update frequency. If you are still not seeing the correct site appear after 48 hours has elapsed, please contact me again.

Also, do let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.
