Buying a weekly full backup service

    Hi, I have 2 sites with wordpress, one which is slowly under construction and a main one – both raise a little money directly for 2 registered charities, I’d like to arrange specific weekly full back ups – just in case. Can I pay wordpress to provide this. I am not very clever with technology – I’m OK loading the data/pics after a friend set the sites up for me but I would like some sort of a support contract for if I ever need it but I cant find any way to contact wordpress direct to ask. Thanks for any help

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hello there. JetPack is a plugin by WordPress that does the backup you need and secure the website. They have plans for Real-time Backup, and Daily Backup. See this page for the features https://jetpack.com/features/

    Note that your site needs the business plan to use the advanced features of JetPack.

    Let’s clarify this a bit.
    There’s WordPress.com and WordPress.org – both are independent entities.

    Jetpack is a plugin for self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

    It is integrated on WordPress.com, so if your site is hosted with us, you do not need to install Jetpack at all, no need to purchase any of their plans.
