I wish to buy a domain name but not a US resident. Can I have a famy member in the USA pay on my behalf? If so I need method.

It’s not necessary to be a US resident to buy a domain name. WordPress.com supports all the major Credit and Debit Cards.
You just need to make sure that your card is active for the international transactions.
