I want to buy WordPress domain only without host plan. I have a budget of $26 but I am finding trouble doing so because they have 3 plans which are attached to their hosting. How can I pay for domain only? my free wordpress site is kenyacontacthub.wordpress.com

You can register a Domain with WordPress with a Plan only, you cannot just buy Domain, to know more have a look into the support document Register a Domain
Here are the different Plans with WordPress.com
Even a Personal Plan is sufficient for you to buy a Domain and also avail other features with it. It comes to around 36$ including hosting.
