Buying domain will allow me to install RapidMailer?

  I wanted to know if I buy custom domain or upgrade to my own domain from wordpress.com, can I install plugins specifically RapidMailer plugin?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. Buying a custom domain gets you exactly that and nothing else: a custom domain. To install plugins, you need to buy hosting for at least $120 a year, install software from WordPress.com, buy a domain, buy a theme, and then you can use plugins.
