  I’d like to upgrade my blog into pro. But unfortunately I don’t have any credit card. I want to pay it through local bank transfer

  I’m sorry but that’s not possible. The only methods of payment for upgrades are major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries. There are no other payment options.
