"Buying in person from the customer and selling online or in person" Plugin

I am looking for a plugin in WordPress that can be used to buy and receive materials from the customer and record accurate information somewhere, such as the weight and information of the person who received it and give a tracking code so that the customer can only enter code and check the log.
I don’t need a customer to log in at all, everything is done by the admin operator
On the other hand, I need a system that if someone wants to buy these materials in person or online from us, they should be registered on the site.
This means that I buy the materials from the customer in person, and the sale to a series may be in person or online
But the work is done by the operator
Every time I look around, I see that WooCommerce is about buying from the site, if I’m going to buy a product from a customer and, for example, register it on the site as order and have inventory.
I don’t want Multi-vendor plugin or Multi marketplace, Because I don’t need that many features.
Can anyone help or guide if I don’t want the whole programming system? -

And add materials or change Attr by Admins too not customer’s
And register new order or sell thing’s by Admins not customer’s
but this plugin Not created for such a work, I’m looking for something similar and more accurate -
