buying "no ads"

  Hello,
  I thought at one point in time I could buy the “no ads” upgrade for one blog for an annual fee. All I can find now is it bundled into a $99 per year plan. Can I buy the “no ads” feature by itself? I already bought the $13 custom domain mapping, and between that and “no ads”, that’s all I need! If I spend $99 per year I’ll be buying a bunch of other stuff I won’t be using, and that doesn’t seem very fair.
