This is the WordPress.COM support forum. That is not a WordPress.COM blog. It is a WordPress.ORG install and you cannot buy a premium theme for it here. Our upgrades are only available for WordPress.COM hosted blogs and no others.
You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features and run different versions of some themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Your website is self-hosted (You are using WordPress.org) and this is the forums for WordPress.com.
Unfortunately, you cannot buy a premium theme on WordPress.com and use it for you website as stated in the support documents.
Premium Themes that are licensed for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Some Automattic-developed premium themes can be transferred to a self-hosted site at no charge, as part of a Guided Transfer. Please post in the premium theme forums if you’d like to know whether your theme qualifies.
However, if you do a quick research on the internet, you’ll find custom themes for self hosted WordPress websites.
