buying the css upgrade

  The css says it costs 15 credits and under it it says 4 cents a day. Do you actually have to pay money out for the css upgrade it does it just take the 15 credits you started with. I can’t remember where I saw it but some where on my page had a thing about credits. It said something like 5, 10 or 15 credits.

  You pay $15 (for 15 credits) upfront. That’s it.
