  I’ve been blog today and I’ve noticed several posts where bloggers have a by line.
  example: by: so and so
  I can’t click on it, have they written it at the top of a post? I think no. Hmm. Someone please help.

  Ok thanks for the link. I have the monochrome theme and have checked the show author box under appearances but still a no go. What am I missing?

  Would my ‘by line’ be the ‘posted by:’ on the left hand column of monochrome?

  I see it there on the left. Remember, sidebars are cached and can take up to half an hour to update.

  There’s a “POSTED BY laavventura” below the date of each post. Perhaps you meant something else and I have misunderstood?
