By mistake insert https in setting WP, instead of HTTP, no access to WP

Hi,
I hope someone can help me throu this.
By mistake i entered HTTPS in WP settings, under WP Url and Site Url, and afterwards i have no access til login my WP site and only startpage works on my site 2-rup.dk, nothing else
How and what to do?
How do i enter/login in to WP again to change it back?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When i go on my site via FTP, which file contains info fra WP settings, so i can change the URL from HTTPS til HTTP ?
I made a change to the WP settings to point my page to HTTPS by mistake, and want to change it back to HTTP.
Can someone plz help me with info?

I have made huge changes to my site, since i made a backup.
So that’s the reason i don’t just upload the whole Back-Up map via FTP.
I just need to know which file solves to replace/change so i can go back to normal on my page again.
ANYONE please?

You can try using that info to fix this yourself, else you will likely need to contact support at your hosting provider so they can help you fix this via your hosting control panel with them.
