By ugrading to premium will I be able to export my theme file.?

  I currently have the standard version of wordpress.com and can export my .xml file (content, posts, photos) but cannot export/download my blog theme. If I am to upgrade to wordpress.com premium will I then have this capability….downloading my theme file in zip?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
