    Hi,
    I need to rebuild an old website but I have forgot username, login, email, password…
    Can I delete it? But I need the URL. Where should I start?

    Hi @petterwewentse , that site doesn’t use our services. Are you using scandinaviansportevent.com/wp-admin to log in?

    If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options. Several don’t require access to wp-admin or email, just your hosting tools.

    Once you’ve regained access, what are your goals with the new site? Will you be building it here? If so, rather than just deleting the old site, I’d recommend using the content-only import option and a Premium plan: https://wordpress.com/support/import/

    That will give you a pretty clean slate while keeping your text and images and SEO, and you can rebuild the look of the site as you’d like. And if you have a Premium plan, you’ll have direct access to support, too. You can pick that up here:
