C NAME A RECORD
-
Hi,
I made a site on an alternative website.
CNAME: toronto-fascinators.myshopify.com
ARECORD: 23.227.38.32
I registered this in the domain edit DNR and the website is still directing to my wordpress blog. I would like to cancel the view of the wordpress blog and only see my new design, from the alternative website – while keeping the same domain. I would like to transfer the content of my domain.
Also, I would like to renew http://www.torontofascinators.com.
I have sent 2 emails to wordpress lately, and there has been no response. I need attention today, if possible. Please get back to me.
Thanks,
Deanna BaileyThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Deanna,
It looks like the domain: torontofascinators.com is actually not register with us. There was only a domain mapping to point your domain to your WordPress.com site. It looks like your domain registrar is GoDaddy as seen here:
https://who.wildwestdomains.com/whoisstd.aspx?domain=torontofascinators.com&prog_id=wildwestdomains
If you would like to add these records, please contact your registrar and they should be able to help you.
I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Please contact them regarding the renewal of the domain as well.
Cheers!

It says that the name server is WordPress, how do I get rid of my association with WordPress and remove it from word press’s site?Sent from my iPhone

As I mentioned before the only people who can change that is support team at GoDaddy. They are the registrar of the domain so they can remove those nameservers.
