  We need our c-name records. We are trying to link our merchant services with Lightspeed to our website. Please let us know how this is possible.

  Since shoplightspeed.com’s DNS is hosted by Amazon AWS, it’s best to handle this from over there. Otherwise, if you’re moving from there, you can set up the redirect on GoDaddy’s end.

  Since the domain, shoplightspeed.com, isn’t using our name servers, it can’t be changed on our end.
