  What site do you need help with, and what are you trying to do? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

  Thanks for helping, but it’s always a good idea to first confirm what site someone needs help with, and what they’re trying to do.

  In this case the OP doesn’t have any WordPress.com sites, so we most likely won’t be able to help them in this forum.
