cacel my order for professional upgrade

I think I want to cancell my order for a Professional membership. It was not much better than using a standard blog. I am also using weeb.com and there I can be more flexible With the Choice of additional menues and I have better oportunities when it comes to designs. I felt weebly was limiting me too, but this is even worse.
I was recommended to change my ordinary web-site to wordespress, but this this experience I am not convinces. So may just still to weebly.
