  I cannot figure out how to clear my cache. I’ve cleared the broswer, the website will still not update. I have no Cache plug ins.

  WordPress.Com free subscription don’t support any plugins. Business Package support plugins. I am pretty sure you are talking about WordPress.Org. The self hosted WordPress support cache plugins.
