Cache and WP smush
-
Hi there,
I’ve been trying to set up my WordPress site + WooCommerce. I just want to know how to do two things. The extension that I’m using requested the following
If you connect with correct WordPress Address then please ask your hosting support increase max_execution_time(PHP time limit) of your server to 300, deactivate WP Smush, and Cache plugin if you have installed them before pushing products.
I contacted my host (Bluehost) to increase php which he did. However the WP Smush (which I don’t believe i have) and Cache plug in which I don’t believe I have either, are still giving me trouble. Is there another place to Disable these two things?
Thanks

Hi sheldonfernandes795gmailcom,
sfitnessgroup.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, rather than WordPress.com:
We can only help with WordPress.com sites here so I recommend posting to the WordPress.org support forums for advice:
http://wordpress.org/support/forums
If you need help with WooCommerce specifically, there should be an option to open a support ticket from the dashboard in your WooCommerce account if you have purchased an upgrade. If not, you could post in the WooCommerce forums for advice:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
I hope this helps.
