cache issues
-
Hi. Yes, I am using a plugin (TablePress), but I am experiencing issues with cache that is making it impossible to work.
I view my site (not logged into WordPress) using Google Canary, frequently clear it’s cache, and also use WordPress > Hosting Configuration to clear the cache, but with no success.
I am using a Windows 11 PC with AVG Internet Security installed.
If anybody has any ideas, I would be extremely grateful.
Many thanks

It isn’t advisable to use the very unstable en not always compatible Google Canary. Instead use one of the by wordpress.com supported browsers, https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#supported-browsers

Hi there!
Sorry to hear that you were having issues with caching. May I ask the following?
- Have you tried using a different browser temporarily to see if that yields a different result?
- Have you tried clearing a browser cache? Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
If you tried both of the above and the issue was unresolved, please tell us more about the issue you’re facing. It’ll be helpful if you can be as detailed as possible so that we can try to replicate it on our end.
It’s worth noting that TablePress is a third-party plugin, so if the issue comes from the plugin itself, you’ll need to reach out to their support team for help since we didn’t develop it. But you mentioned issues with caching, so we’d like to investigate and understand what the issue is and how it relates to caching.
Thanks!
