Cache problem

    Hi — my site header/navigation is not appearing on the live site.

    I can see the Header pattern and Navigation menu in the Site Editor, it saves successfully, but the public site does not render it.

    Please purge the edge cache and rebind the active theme header to the Primary navigation location.

    This mostly happens due to some caching issues. Sometimes the site editor shows the updated header, but the live site may be shows an old cached version. Firstly try to clear the chache of the browser. May be it will benificail.

    I don’t believe this is a cache issue, not at least at this point. I see you’re currently using Kadence, and this theme has its own way of adding information to the header via Appearance > Customize > Header. They also have more info here.

    That said, if you’d like to use a regular theme that supports the block editor, my suggestion is to first create a staging site, add the theme you’d like to use there, and then we can help you understand why the header isn’t showing up. With one of the default themes, it will also be possible to use Kadence Blocks.
