Hi there,
What is the URL of the site you’re working on, and what appears to be the problem?
While we can help you clear the cache for a site hosted on WordPress.com, that won’t do anything if the issue you’re seeing is not being caused by caching on the site. So we first need to diagnose the problem before we’ll know if clearing the site cache is the solution.
If you’re referring to your Jetpack-connected site, https://www.hapsis.co.uk/, you need to contact your hosting provider, as caching happens on the server, and has nothing to do with the Jetpack plugin that connects your site to your WordPress.com account.

Hi, thanks for the responses.
I have been transferring my website from wordpress.com to a hosted wordpress.org using new content, so that explains why it isn’t clear which website.
Jetpack plugin is installed but I’m not using it, I was changing the DNS settings at my registration provider to point my domain to the new site, but the changes hadn’t propagated through after several days.
The link provided tells me to “contact our Happiness Engineers” to have the option enabled, which then leads me to this forum, hence my post. However, I have managed to resolve this myself by resetting the DNS settings and working out how to clear the site cache and it all seems to be working ok now.
