  Hi! I’ve made some changes to my web page but it won’t update on the public website. I’ve read that it’s due to catching and that I need to contact you in order to enable the clear cache option. Kind regards, Tara

  Hi, thanks for that but it hasn’t made a difference unfortunately. I don’t know why it isn’t working. Could it be because I haven’t paid my membership yet?

  Hi! I’ve sorted out the problem. I hadn’t added the new pages to the menu so that’s why they weren’t appearing on the website. Thanks for your help! Kind regards
