Caching and security plugins (Wprocket / Wpcerber)

Hello guys, i want to install WP ROCKET and WP CERBER. is that possible with current hosting ?
i really want make my website more secure from fradus. i run woocommerce and need to make it fully secured and control the cache because sometimes i made changes in pages the update didnt deliver and there’s no option to clear cache like the wprocket option.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’d advise against installing those. WP Rocket may have unintended consequences, it may even crash your site. Our platform is already equipped with its own robust caching solution, so you don’t really need it.

after reading your comment I’ve deleted the plugins immediately. but I’m really care about security. I run ecommerce that sell digital products. and need alternative solutions for WooCommerce like the wb-cerber and need it completable with you hosting.
Also in your URL of incompletable plugins i read that “Advanced DB Cleaner” not supported i installed it before to clean my site from plugins. and now when i deleted the Wpcerber and wprocket i want to delete their options and data in SQL can i do that or there’s another solution ?
