Caching Plugin holding old data

I need a little help. I have been using W3 Total Cache and recently converted over to NitroPack. Unfortunately it is not working as it is distorting my site and also making it run slower. I have been dealing with the team at Nitro and this is what they have to say…
“It is possible that there are leftover files from your previous caching plugin.
From what I am seeing, W3TC is detected on the homepage in our internal systems, which leads me to believe there is some sort of old caching.
I believe NitroPack is functioning alright from our end as other pages are being optimized”
I have downloaded the plugin in file manager and removed a file that was W3TC but nothing has changed. Does anyone have an idea of what is happening or what I can do to resolve it. Would appreciate the help!!
