  Hi…
  i have new theme based at Typo xp, can my own theme can be sumitted to http://themes.wordpress.net/?
  can i use to my blog at wordpress?

  I’m sorry but we cannot upload these themes to be used on wordpress.com blogs. Those themes are coded to run on wordpress.org and we run on different software. IMO you need to contact matt because the wordpress.org theme viewer has nothing to do with wordpress.com or the matters we assist with on this forum.
