  Hi there,

  Domains are renewed independent of the plans and billing information (as well as automatic renewal settings) can be managed through the same place your plans are managed.

  From your Manage Purchases page, you can select one of your domains to manage its payment options.

  Hi there,

  cajuntraveler.net expired on 22 February and has already been removed from our system.

  I’ve sent you a link which you can use to pay for the domain. Once we receive your payment I can email our domain provider to restore the domain to our system.

  However, do note that due to how long the domain has already been expired it can enter redemption at any moment. Should that happen before we’re able to recover it, there will be an additional $80 fee to get the domain back.

  I have asked you before: Please tag ALL threads regarding expired domains for staff, as we also ask in the volunteer guidelines:

  This is not something the OP can solve on their own, and delays due to a thread not being brought to our attention when it should have can lead to someone losing their domain.

  Hi, I can see you paid the renewal fee today. Right now the domain *might* be in redemption as well. We are reaching out to the registrar for the status, and hopefully will be able to get it back to you at a regular price.

  If we cannot at this point, would you like us to refund the renewal fee, or would you like to pay the $80 redemption fee as well?
