  I downloaded a calendar to put on my page but it appears I can not add it now that its downloaded…this must be a premium option??? wish I would have known this. Any way I can add the calendar to my page? Or even an upcoming event tab where I can just list what I have coming up??

  There are a couple of calendar options you can use, have a look at the first 4 or so links on the search results page for calendar.
