Calendar Events and Creative Theme Portfolio Widgets

Hi- I am having trouble with the Calendar Events Widget and the Creative Theme Portfolio Widget. Can I use a Google Calendar with the calendar events widget? I thought that I could, but when I put the link in it doesn’t work. I also am trying to figure out how to get portfolio pieces to show on my sidebar. My website is:

Not specifically in that widget, but you can embed it into your sidebar following these steps: https://en.support.wordpress.com/google-calendar/#embedding-a-google-calendar-into-your-sidebar
