  how do I link posts to my calendar widget?

  You can’t link post to your calendar widget manually. The calendar widget is so when you write a post the reader can find all posts written on that date of the calendar month

  You don’t. The calendar widget only shows which days you’ve posted on. When people click on the day, they go to the posts you made that day.
