  When you registered your domain (e.g. yourgroovydomain.com) with WordPress.com, you purchased the right to use that domain name for a year. If you’d like to continue using it after the first year, you’ll need to renew it annually, prior to expiration. Read about that here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

  It looks like your domain greatresultsnewmedia.com expired and was subsequently released back to the public. You can register it again at any time, provided it remains available.
