Call to action button to point to email subscribe?

  I have a call to action button with Edin theme on the front page. My questions are:
  1. Is it possible to point it to ’email follow’, so that visitors could click on it and it would subscribe them to the website?

  2. If it is possible, how to do it? At the moment it points to my ‘about’ page, which is blank as an unclickable menu.

  Anyone? Is it possible to make ‘call to action’button into a ‘subscribe to follow’ form?
