Call to action widget

  Hello, I am having some difficulty with the call to action widget. When editing the page using elementor I see the entire widget perfectly with the image and content displayed correctly. However when I update and go to actually preview the page, all content shows up except there is a blank space where the call to action widget is supposed to be . I reopen to edit and the widget appears. I’ve played with the the setting and I can’t figure out why it is present while editing but disappears when I go to view the actual page. Is there anything I can do to fix this ?
