Callot login I don´t receive the sms with login code

When I try login at WordPress.com with my second account (Hotmail email address), after I input email and password, the system says it sent an email with a login SMS code. I never receive the code, thus, I cannot log in.
When I try the Account recovery option and I input the proof of purchase, the system asks me to try the password reset form which will be useless because I will need again an SMS code.
“Your contact email is the same as your account – if you can receive emails you should try the password reset form instead.”
I am blocked: cannot log in, cannot customer support. Is there any way to interact with human staff to solve the problem?

I didn`t mention before: I don´t have the double authentication app and cannot find the back up codes
