calm business theme HELP!

    I’m trying to layout my blog the same way as the Calm business theme. All my pictures it puts a dark filter on top

    Hi,

    The site http://thestyleprescription.wordpress.com/ presently appears to have the Sela theme applied. If you’re still interested in the Calm Business theme, note that the Custom Colors section of the Calm Business theme guide says:

    Calm Business applies a color filter to featured images using the color selected here. To disable it, deselect the “Apply a filter to featured images using the site’s primary color” checkbox. Note that when this option is disabled, the theme will still apply a dark semi-transparent overlay on the featured image on single pages to preserve the readability of text that sits on top of the image.

    Removing the “dark semi-transparent overlay” would probably require CSS customization, which is available within the Custom Design feature on Premium and Business plans.
