  This is the support forum for free WordPress.com sites such as https://optimizedlistening.wordpress.com/ But that site only has a “Hello World” post from 2015. If the unnamed site you actually need help with is hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software then there is a different support forum to access: https://wordpress.org/support/
