Can´t access dashboard after I´ve logged in

    When I have logged into my blog today, even though I can access all of the pages, and see the posts, I cannot access the dashboard to add any new posts as I am told that the “connection was reset while the page was loading”. I don´t have a problem with my internet connection, as I can easily see all other sites on the internet. I´ve cleared my cache, rebooted the computer etc. Could you advise me what to do to get into the dashboard? I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.
