Can´t access my webpage after I reseted it and inmedietly created a newone

  I can´t view my website after I reseted it onced and inmedietly created a new wordpress. I can´t Access it. My website got hacked so I called and told them to reseted it to start all over again. So, after they reseted my account, I inmedietly statred to dowload WordPress and so I did and began to built my site. However, I now can´t Access my account via Cpnael or WordPress and even view it in my computer, but everyone else can on other computers. How can I fix this problem
