can´t edit blog´s title

  Hi, I created my blog a week ago and since then I´ve been trying to edit my blog´s title, since it came automatically with “´s Blog” text included and my blog is in Spanish, so I want to remove that part. I used albeo theme, which I like very much. Is it that my selected theme will automatically add that text? I read forums and there are mentioned solutions clicking dashboard-general-editing name but problem is under my dashboard menu there´s no “general” to click. Thanks for your help.

  Dashboard sidebar > Settings > General > Blog Title.
