Can´t Personalize my theme

Hello, In my wordprees blog i can´t personalize my theme, i mean, the side bar says that is loading design tools but at the end it doesn´t appear nothing and that way i can´t personalize my theme. I have refreshed the page and clearing the cookies and history but the problem remains. What should i do ?

The “Customize” tool simply brings together various options that are already available via the main dashboard sidebar (you upload a header image in Appearance > Header, set a static front page in Settings > Reading etc). What exactly would you like to do?

Thank you for the answer but i already have discover the problem, it was a configuration issue, but now is solved. Once again thank you very much.

For the sake of others who complain about the same problem, what was the “configuration issue”? -
I am having the same problem. I attempting to change the default landing page and I am unable to find that setting elsewhere. How did you resolve this?

I don’t use the customizer. I believe that one may need to have third party cookies enabled top use the customizer, but I could be wrong. As there’s nothing to lose by trying, how about trying that and seeing it it works for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

I deleted the home fixed page and that way you can´t personalize your theme. So you must go to the “trash” in the pages and select the fixed page and bring ger to life xD then you can personalize the theme !
