Can´t put images in my blog or see/move widegts

Hello, i´m not being able to put a image in my wordpress blog. I’ve done all that its recomended, but still can´t put images in my document.
Also, I can’t move, see or even put a new widget in my blog.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
