Can´t remove a spam comment

  This comment is pending for a long time in my comments panel. I tryied everything to put it away, but it keeps staying there. Here is the person which commented: Susan Hanson

  I marked as a spam, I put the comment to the trash, but none of this helped. What is going on? Is there a way of getting rid of this comment? Thanks.
