Can´t see plugins options in /wp-admin of my site?

  I created a blog and now I want to add couple of plugins to create the sitemap and tracking but the interface doesn´t allowed me to do anyhting, is because I have the free version? what plan do I need in order to get access to this features?

  Is your site a self hosted site using wordpress.org ? Please check the link at the bottom to get more information.

  You are confusing wordpress.com hosted blogs and wordpress.org software installs. There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ to wordpress.com hosted blogs and there is no blogger installed plugin capability
