I moved my website from joodlez.com to cuttimecomic.com and since then, I haven’t been able to log in. There is a redirect from the old domain too, so I don’t know why this is. WordPress refuses to send me emails to reset password, even though I still get emails about joodlez.com from WordPress.

What type email was associated with your WordPress account? Like a gmail, yahoo, hotmail email? Or did you use an email type that was based on one of the two domains you own?
-
it was gmail
I still get email from WordPress about their version updates on that domain is the thing lol… -
I think you need to remove the redirect and that would fix the problem. When I go to http://cuttimecomic.com/wp-admin it has some funky redirect code in the URL and it still says go “<– Back to joodlez.com” on the log in screen.

@ joobley,
Hi,
Your website cuttimecomic.com is not a WordPress.com site.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums. See the WordPress.com and WordPress.org support page.
This forum is solely for issues regarding WordPress.com accounts and websites. If cuttimecomic.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, then please resubmit your request to the WordPress.org support forums. You may register here: https://wordpress.org/support/register.php, to use the WordPress.org support forums, if you haven’t already done so.

@tylerzika: I was thinking about that too, I will have to see when my tech support comes on haha…
@musicdoc1: I didn’t know that. Thank you, I will -

@ tylerzika,
I did a search at the site http://www.whoishostingthis.com/, which gives the following result.
An easier way, in this case, would have been to look at the footer credits, which include “Powered by WordPress…” That always means WordPress.org.
-
WordPress.com sites will include a link to WordPress.com and the activated theme in the footer credits.

Clarification:
The footer credits in a WordPress.com site will include links to WordPress.com and to the activated theme.
